Returns Procedure
We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please return it to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund of the product value.

When sending a return, please use the returns form on the reverse of your despatch note together with the returns address label provided and send the parcel via a signed for service. We would recommend obtaining proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please check carefully before returning any item.
In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit and the item is returned within the 28 days returns period, please include original packaging where possible.
Please note that if you are ordering specific lengths of fabric these cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot accept returns for earrings and underwear for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty. However we will accept returns on swimwear providing the hygiene strip is still intact.
Items purchased online or via mail-order can be returned within 28 days and within original conditions and in person to our stores for either an exchange or credit note. However if you would like a refund please return to the above address.

Processing returns
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however this can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt during busy periods. If you have any queries about an item you have returned please contact our Customer Services team.

Cancellations Procedure
You may cancel an order at any time before it’s been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns procedure as stated above.
